The Research and Innovation Affairs, Khon Kaen University (KKU), has reported the 2025 results of its Objectives and Key Results (OKR)—a set of 13 strategic indicators reflecting the progress and advancement of KKU’s research and innovation at both national and international levels

The 2025 performance outcomes reveal that several indicators surpassed their targets, including:

• OKR 15: External research funding reached 1,697.73 million Baht, exceeding the target of 1,100 million Baht.
• OKR 17: Research publications in Scopus/ISI-indexed journals (Quartile 1) achieved 63%, surpassing the 50% target.
• OKR 21: 30 research and innovation outputs were successfully transferred for commercial use, exceeding the target of 12.
• OKR 78: Nine AI systems were developed, more than double the target of four.
• In addition, KKU continued to maintain its strong standing in international university rankings (OKR 67–68).

Meanwhile, new research initiatives addressing global challenges (OKR 13) and cutting-edge research platforms (OKR 20) have advanced beyond expectations, reflecting KKU’s proactive development approach and innovation-driven strategies aligned with the National Strategy and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

ฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น รายงานผลการดำเนินงานตัวชี้วัดความสำเร็จเชิงกลยุทธ์ (OKR: Objectives and Key Results) ประจำปี 2025 ครอบคลุม 13 ตัวชี้วัดสำคัญ ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงการพัฒนาและความก้าวหน้าทางการวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นระดับประเทศและระดับนานาชาติ

จากผลการดำเนินงานปี 2025 พบว่า หลายตัวชี้วัดบรรลุผลเกินเป้าหมาย อาทิ

• OKR 15: งบประมาณด้านการวิจัยจากหน่วยงานภายนอกสูงถึง 1,697.73 ล้านบาท จากเป้าหมาย 1,100 ล้านบาท
• OKR 17: ผลงานวิจัยในวารสารนานาชาติฐานข้อมูล Scopus/ISI ที่อยู่ใน Quartile 1 สูงถึง 63% จากเป้าหมาย 50%
• OKR 21: ผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมที่ถ่ายทอดไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ 30 เรื่อง จากเป้าหมาย 12 เรื่อง
• OKR 78: การพัฒนา AI จำนวน 9 ระบบ จากเป้าหมาย 4 ระบบ
• รวมถึงการจัดอันดับในระดับนานาชาติ (OKR 67–68) ที่มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นยังคงรักษามาตรฐานไว้ได้อย่างแข็งแกร่ง

       ขณะเดียวกัน โครงการวิจัยใหม่ที่ตอบโจทย์กระแสโลก (OKR 13) และแพลตฟอร์มวิจัยใหม่ขั้นแนวหน้า (OKR 20) ต่างขับเคลื่อนเกินเป้าหมาย สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงการพัฒนาเชิงรุกและการสร้างนวัตกรรมที่สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ชาติและเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (SDGs)  ผลลัพธ์ทั้งหมดนี้ แสดงให้เห็นถึงความการยกระดับคุณภาพงานวิจัย ของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในด้าน นวัตกรรม และความร่วมมือกับภาคเอกชนและนานาชาติ
