The conference was jointly organized by the Faculty of Technology, Khon Kaen University, and Mae Fah Luang University, with the objective of promoting academic and research-based knowledge exchange on high-value creation in foods and agricultural products. The event also aimed to strengthen international research and development collaboration in support of advancing Khon Kaen University’s research and innovation ecosystem.

On this occasion, the Vice President for Research and Innovation emphasized the significance of integrating academic cooperation among national and international institutions to enhance research quality, foster innovation development, and translate knowledge into tangible and practical applications. These efforts align with Khon Kaen University’s development strategy under the Reinventing University Project.

The conference was honored by the participation of distinguished international researchers and experts who delivered lectures and shared expertise in food science and technology, including Professor Dr. Jaspreet Singh and Associate Professor Lovedeep Kaur from Massey University, New Zealand; Professor Dr. Shusong Wu from Hunan Agricultural University; and Associate Professor Dr. Jia Qiang Huang from China Agricultural University, PR China. The event also provided a platform for Khon Kaen University students to present their research at an international academic forum, thereby enhancing their research experience and fostering the development of future researchers.

The event attracted more than 60 participants, reflecting strong international academic collaboration and representing a significant contribution to the sustainable advancement of Khon Kaen University’s mission in research and innovation toward international standards.
