On March 11, 2026, the Research Instrument Center (RIC), Khon Kaen University, underwent the 1st Surveillance Assessment for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, covering the management and service provision of research instrumentation. The assessment was conducted to ensure that the Center continues to maintain its quality management system in accordance with international standards.

11 มีนาคม 2569 ศูนย์เครื่องมือวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เข้ารับการตรวจประเมินเพื่อติดตามผลการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2015 ในขอบข่ายการบริหารจัดการและการให้บริการเครื่องมือวิจัยเพื่อรักษามาตรฐานคุณภาพของระบบการบริหารงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสากล

     The assessment was led by Lecturer Ake Eurtrakan (Mr. Ake Eurtrakanwiwat), Director of the Product Surveillance Assessment and Certification Division within the Office of Certification Body (OCB) at the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), who served as the Lead Auditor.

     On this occasion, the Research Instrument Center (RIC), Khon Kaen University, warmly welcomed the audit team and received constructive recommendations aimed at further enhancing its management system and research instrumentation services. These improvements are intended to elevate the quality of services provided to researchers, service users, and industrial partners.

     ในการนี้ ศูนย์เครื่องมือวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้ตรวจประเมิน พร้อมรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการและการให้บริการเครื่องมือวิจัย เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการแก่ นักวิจัย ผู้ใช้บริการ ภาคอุตสาหกรรม

The audit results confirmed that the Research Instrument Center (RIC) has effectively maintained its management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, with no nonconformities identified during the assessment.

In addition, the Center has developed and implemented a Digital Quality Management System (Digital QMS) to support quality management operations. This system enhances the efficiency of document tracking, workflow management, research instrumentation services, and quality evaluation, ensuring transparency, traceability, and operational efficiency.

     ผลการตรวจประเมินพบว่า ศูนย์เครื่องมือวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น สามารถรักษาระบบการบริหารจัดการตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2015 ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ ไม่พบข้อบกพร่อง (Nonconformity)

     นอกจากนี้ ศูนย์ฯ ยังได้พัฒนาและนำ Digital Quality Management System (Digital QMS) มาใช้ในการบริหารจัดการงานคุณภาพ ช่วยให้การติดตามเอกสาร กระบวนการทำงาน การให้บริการเครื่องมือวิจัย และการประเมินคุณภาพ มีความ โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบย้อนกลับได้ และมีประสิทธิภาพ

     The system also supports the operations of the Research Instrumentation Network across eight Faculties within the Khon Kaen University, enabling the implementation of a unified quality management standard across the institution.

     ระบบดังกล่าวยังรองรับการดำเนินงานของ เครือข่ายเครื่องมือวิจัยทั้ง 8 หน่วยงาน/คณะในมหาวิทยาลัย ทำให้การบริหารจัดการคุณภาพมีมาตรฐานเดียวกันทั้งองค์กร

     The RIC, Khon Kaen University, remains committed to the continuous development of its quality management system and digital platforms in order to further enhance the standard of research instrumentation services and effectively respond to the needs of its users.

     ศูนย์เครื่องมือวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จะยังคงพัฒนาระบบบริหารคุณภาพและระบบดิจิทัลอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการให้บริการเครื่องมือวิจัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการได้อย่างดีที่สุด
