On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Wiman Meeting Room, Dusit Thani Bangkok, the Research and Innovation Affairs, Khon Kaen University, represented by Professor Pewpan Maleewong, MD, participated in the ASEAN Young Scientists Connect 2026 (AYSC), organized by Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI) in collaboration with international partner networks under the framework of the Global Research Council (GRC) Annual Meeting 2026.  

เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 08.30 – 15.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมวิมาน โรงแรมดุสิตธานี กรุงเทพมหานคร ฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดย ศ.พญ.ผิวพรรณ มาลีวงษ์ ได้เข้าร่วมงาน ASEAN Young Scientists Connect 2026 (AYSC) ซึ่งจัดโดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สกสว.) ร่วมกับเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ ภายใต้การประชุม Global Research Council (GRC) Annual Meeting 2026 

     The event was convened with the objective of fostering research collaboration among early-career researchers in the ASEAN region while strengthening networks of scientists and researchers at the global level. It also served as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and the development of collaborative research initiatives aimed at addressing critical regional and global challenges, including climate change, sustainable development, environmental sustainability, and public health.

การจัดงานดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยระหว่างนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ในภูมิภาคอาเซียน พร้อมผลักดันการสร้างเครือข่ายนักวิทยาศาสตร์และนักวิจัยสู่เวทีระดับโลก ตลอดจนร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และพัฒนาแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัย เพื่อรับมือกับความท้าทายสำคัญของภูมิภาค อาทิ การเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน สิ่งแวดล้อม และสาธารณสุข

     Participation in this event underscores Khon Kaen University’s commitment to advancing research and innovation through international collaboration. Moreover, it highlights the University’s dedication to fostering networks among young researchers in order to enhance the scientific, research, and innovation capacities of the ASEAN region in accordance with international standards.

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ สะท้อนถึงบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นในการขับเคลื่อนงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมสู่ความร่วมมือระดับนานาชาติ พร้อมสนับสนุนการสร้างเครือข่ายนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย และนวัตกรรมของภูมิภาคอาเซียน
