มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ต้อนรับคณะกรรมการติดตามและประเมินผลการสนับสนุนวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ในการการลงพื้นที่ติดตามโครงการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ของสำนักงานเร่งรัดการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถการแข่งขันและการพัฒนาพื้นที่ (องค์การมหาชน) (รวพ.) โดยหน่วยบริหารจัดการทุนด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเพื่ออุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต (บพค.)

ระหว่างวันที่ 5 – 6 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาค ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น

The visit was honoured by the presence of Dr. Suwit Wibulpolprasert, MD, Chairperson of the Committee for Monitoring and Evaluation of Science, Research and Innovation Funding; Associate Professor Weerapong Pairsuwan, PhD, Chairperson of the PMU-B Subcommittee; Dr. Siriporn Pittayasophon, Vice President of the Office of National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO); Assistant Professor Poolsak Koseeyaporn, PhD, Deputy Director of Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI); Dr. Nirawat Thammajak , Executive Director of PMU-B; together with executives and staff members from PMU-B, TSRI, and NXPO.

     ในการลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก นพ.สุวิทย์ วิบูลผลประเสริฐ ประธานคณะกรรมการติดตามและประเมินผลการสนับสนุนวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม รศ.ดร.วีระพงษ์ แพสุวรรณ ประธานกรรมการคณะอนุกรรมการประจำหน่วย บพค. ดร.สิริพร พิทยโสภณ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานสภานโยบายการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ (สอวช.) ผศ. ดร.พูลศักดิ์ โกษียาภรณ์ รองผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สกสว.) ดร.ณิรวัฒน์ ธรรมจักร์ ผู้อำนวยการหน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมเพื่ออุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต (บพค.) พร้อมคณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากรจาก บพค. สกสว. และ สอวช. ร่วมลงพื้นที่

On this occasion, Professor Pewpan Maleewong, MD, Vice President for Research and Innovation and representative of the President of Khon Kaen University, delivered the welcoming remarks and presented an overview of the University’s research and innovation achievements supported by PMU-B. Researchers from Khon Kaen University also presented six PMU-B funded projects as follows:

     ในโอกาสดังกล่าว ศ. พญ.ผิวพรรณ มาลีวงษ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ผู้แทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น กล่าวต้อนรับคณะกรรมการฯ พร้อมนำเสนอภาพรวมผลการดำเนินงานด้านวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก บพค. และ นักวิจัยมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นได้ร่วมนำเสนอผลงานที่ได้รับงบประมาณจาก บพค. จำนวน 6 เรื่อง ได้แก่

Development of Frontier Researchers in Nanomaterials to Address Industrial Research Challenges, presented by Professor Supree Pinitsoontorn, PhD, Principal Investigator. โครงการการพัฒนานักวิจัยชั้นแนวหน้าด้านวัสดุนาโนเพื่อรองรับโจทย์วิจัยภาคอุตสาหกรรม นำเสนอโดย ศ. ดร.สุปรีดิ์ พินิจสุนทร หัวหน้าโครงการ
2. Development of Plant-Based Functional Ingredients for Physical and Cognitive Health through Precision Nutrition Approaches Integrating Nutri-Phenomics and Molecular Simulation Analysis, presented by Professor Sakda Daduang, PhD, Principal Investigator. โครงการการพัฒนาส่วนผสมอาหารส่งเสริมสุขภาพร่างกายและสมองจากพืชโดยโภชนาการแม่นยำจากการศึกษาทางนิวทริฟีโนมิกส์และการวิเคราะห์โดยโปรแกรมจำลองโมเลกุล นำเสนอโดย ศ. ดร.ศักดา ดาดวง หัวหน้าโครงการ

Development of Prototype Technologies for Enhancing Lithium-Ion Battery Recycling Efficiency and Battery Health Assessment for End-of-Life Battery Management in Industrial Applications, presented by Associate Professor Nonglak Meethong, PhD, Principal Investigator. โครงการการพัฒนาต้นแบบเทคโนโลยีเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการรีไซเคิลแบตเตอรี่ลิเทียมไอออน และการประเมินสุขภาพของแบตเตอรี่ สำหรับนำไปใช้ในการจัดการแบตเตอรี่ที่สิ้นสุดอายุการใช้งานในภาคอุตสาหกรรม นำเสนอโดย รศ. ดร.นงลักษณ์ มีทอง หัวหน้าโครงการ
4. Design and Development of High-Performance Catalytic Materials for Electrochemical Hydrogen Production Using Machine Learning and Advanced Spectroscopic Techniques, presented by Associate Professor Kaewta Jetsrisuparb, PhD, Principal Investigator. โครงการการออกแบบและพัฒนาวัสดุที่ใช้เป็นตัวเร่งปฏิกิริยาในการผลิตไฮโดรเจนจากกระบวนการทางไฟฟ้าเคมีที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงโดยใช้การเรียนรู้ของเครื่องและเครื่องมือสเปกโทรสโกปี นำเสนอโดย รศ. ดร.แก้วตา เจตศรีสุภาพ หัวหน้าโครงการ

Development of High-Competency Workforce for Future Bio-Based Industries through the TAS (Thailand Academy of Sciences) Platform between Khon Kaen University and Private Sector Networks, led by Assistant Professor Jutarop Phetcharaburanin, PhD, Principal Investigator, and presented by Dr. Marisa Attapong and Dr. M.L. 6. Research and Development for Advancing Thai Screenwriting to the Global Market and Cultivating Internationally Competent Professionals through the Cultural Roots and Identity of the Lan Xang Heritage, presented by Associate Professor Niyom Wongphongkham, PhD, Principal Investigator. โครงการวิจัยและพัฒนายกระดับการเขียนบทภาพยนตร์ไทยสู่ตลาดโลก และกำลังคนที่เชี่ยวชาญระดับสากล โดยใช้รากเหง้าและอัตลักษณ์วัฒนธรรมล้านช้าง นำเสนอโดย รศ. ดร.นิยม วงศ์พงษ์คำ หัวหน้าโครงการ

In addition, the committee visited several key research and innovation infrastructures of the University, including the Battery and Modern Energy Factory, the Biohythane Pilot Plant, and the Food Pilot Plant. These facilities serve as important mechanisms for supporting research, technological development, and knowledge transfer to industry and local communities. นอกจากนี้ คณะกรรมการฯ ยังได้เยี่ยมชมโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านวิจัยและนวัตกรรมที่สำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัย ประกอบด้วย โรงงานแบตเตอรี่และพลังงานยุคใหม่ โรงงานต้นแบบไบโอไฮเทน (Biohythane Pilot Plant) และโรงงานต้นแบบเกษตรและอาหาร (Food Pilot Plant) ซึ่งเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการวิจัย การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี และการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้สู่ภาคอุตสาหกรรมและชุมชน

This site visit provided an important platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange among policymakers, funding agencies, higher education institutions, and researchers. It enabled stakeholders to monitor project progress, gather recommendations, and jointly identify pathways for translating research and innovation outcomes into practical applications. Such efforts are expected to enhance national competitiveness, promote regional development, and generate sustainable economic and social impacts for the country. 

       การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นระหว่างหน่วยงานกำหนดนโยบาย หน่วยบริหารจัดการทุน สถาบันอุดมศึกษา และนักวิจัย เพื่อร่วมกันติดตามความก้าวหน้ารับฟังข้อเสนอแนะและกำหนดแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมสู่การใช้ประโยชน์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม อันจะนำไปสู่การยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ การพัฒนาพื้นที่ และการสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม
