มข. ส่งเสริมศักยภาพนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ จัดบรรยาย “การขอทุนวิจัยและงานพัฒนานักวิจัย” ภายใต้โครงการก้าวแรกสู่อาจารย์อุดมศึกษา

     On June 11, 2026, Professor Pewpan Maleewong, MD,  Vice President for Research and Innovation, Khon Kaen University (KKU), was invited as a guest speaker to deliver a lecture entitled “Research Grant Applications and Researcher Development” for new researchers under the “First Steps Toward Higher Education Faculty Membership” Program. The event was held in meeting room 2301, 3rd floor, Institute for Research and Development in Teaching Profession for ASEAN (IRDTP), KKU, and was attended by newly recruited academic staff and faculty members commencing their professional careers in higher education teaching and research.

     เมื่อวันที่ 11 มิถุนายน 2569 ศ.พญ.ผิวพรรณ มาลีวงษ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้รับเชิญเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายในหัวข้อ “การขอทุนวิจัยและงานพัฒนานักวิจัย” สำหรับนักวิจัยใหม่ ภายใต้โครงการ “ก้าวแรกสู่อาจารย์อุดมศึกษา” ณ ห้องประชุม 2301 ชั้น 3 สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูสำหรับอาเซียน มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยมีคณาจารย์และบุคลากรสายวิชาการที่เพิ่งเริ่มต้นเส้นทางการเป็นอาจารย์และนักวิจัยเข้าร่วมรับฟังเป็นจำนวนมาก

     The lecture was designed to foster a comprehensive understanding of Khon Kaen University’s research support ecosystem and to provide strategic guidance on securing research funding from both internal and external funding agencies. Particular emphasis was placed on the systematic development of research competencies at the early stages of an academic career, including the formulation of high-quality research agendas, the preparation of competitive research proposals aligned with national research and innovation priorities, and the translation of research outputs into meaningful societal, economic, and policy impacts.

     การบรรยายดังกล่าวมุ่งสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบการสนับสนุนงานวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ตลอดจนแนวทางการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการขอรับทุนวิจัยจากแหล่งทุนต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย โดยเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักวิจัยตั้งแต่ระยะเริ่มต้น การวางแผนสร้างผลงานวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพ การพัฒนาข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนาประเทศ และการต่อยอดผลงานวิจัยสู่การใช้ประโยชน์ในมิติต่าง ๆ

     On this occasion, the Vice President for Research and Innovation shared her scholarly experiences and perspectives on advancing research excellence within the framework of a leading research-intensive university.   The Vice President further highlighted institutional mechanisms, support structures, and capacity-building opportunities available at KKU to facilitate the professional growth of emerging researchers. These initiatives aim to empower early-career academics to generate high-quality research that addresses complex societal challenges and contributes tangible and sustainable benefits to society.

โอกาสนี้ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยได้ถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์และแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนางานวิจัยในบริบทของมหาวิทยาลัยวิจัยชั้นนำ พร้อมแนะนำกลไกสนับสนุนและโอกาสในการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อให้นักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่สามารถสร้างผลงานวิจัยที่ตอบโจทย์ความท้าทายของสังคมและสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

     The “First Steps Toward Higher Education Faculty Membership” program forms part of the University’s strategic commitment to preparing and strengthening the capabilities of newly appointed faculty members across multiple dimensions of academic practice, including teaching and learning, research, academic service, and professional development. Such initiatives constitute a critical foundation for advancing Khon Kaen University’s mission of academic excellence, research innovation, and societal engagement at both national and international levels.

ทั้งนี้ โครงการ “ก้าวแรกสู่อาจารย์อุดมศึกษา” จัดขึ้นเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพให้แก่อาจารย์ใหม่ในหลากหลายมิติ ทั้งด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย การบริการวิชาการ และการพัฒนาวิชาชีพอาจารย์ อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการและการพัฒนาสังคม
