The Research Instrument Center of Khon Kaen University organized the “Capacity Building Program for Scientist Network Personnel for the Fiscal Year 2025” on Friday, 

ศูนย์เครื่องมือวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จัดโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรเครือข่ายนักวิทยาศาสตร์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568

April 25, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in Meeting Room 3, Administration Building, Science Park, Khon Kaen Province.

ในวันศุกร์ที่ 25 เมษายน 2568 เวลา 08.30–18.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุม Meeting Room 3 อาคารอำนวยการอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ จังหวัดขอนแก่น

The objective of this event was to enhance the service capabilities of personnel at the Research Instrument Center to be efficient, prompt, accurate, and to conform to ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.

โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการให้บริการของบุคลากรในศูนย์เครื่องมือวิจัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพ รวดเร็ว ถูกต้อง และสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2015

The event was honored by Professor Pewpan Maleewong, MD, Acting Vice President for Research and Innovation, who delivered the welcoming remarks.  This was followed by a briefing on the operational directions of the Research Instrument Center, presented by Ms. Issayabhon Prasarlkulanurn, Head of the Research Instrument Center KKU

กิจกรรมนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์แพทย์หญิงผิวพรรณ มาลีวงษ์ รักษาการแทนรองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ให้เกียรติกล่าวต้อนรับแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ และต่อด้วยการบรรยายชี้แจงแนวทางการดำเนินงาน ศูนย์เครื่องมือวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยคุณอิสยาภรณ์ ประสารกุลนันท์ หัวหน้าภารกิจเครื่องมือวิจัยกลาง

A key activity of the event was a hands-on workshop entitled “Delivering Dedicated Service with a Service Mindset”, led by Dr. Patcharee Chaemchoi from En-mark Solution Co.,Ltd.     The event concluded with a “Knowledge Exchange” session, where members of the scientist network shared work experiences, followed by a summary of the project’s outcomes.

This event provided an excellent opportunity to promote learning, self-development, and inspiration, paving the way for the sustainable advancement of the Research Instrument Center.

ซึ่งกิจกรรมที่สำคัญของโครงการ คือ การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในหัวข้อ “การใส่ใจบริการด้วยจิตบริการที่มุ่งมั่น” ซึ่งถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้โดย ดร.พัชรี แช่มช้อย จากบริษัท เอ็นมาร์ก โซลูชั่น จำกัด และในช่วงท้ายคือกิจกรรม “Knowledge Exchange” เพื่อการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ประสบการณ์การทำงานระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่เครือข่ายนักวิทยาศาสตร์ พร้อมทั้งสรุปผลการดำเนินงานของกิจกรรม ทำให้การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้ เป็นโอกาสอันดีในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาตนเอง การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของศูนย์เครื่องมือวิจัยก้าวหน้าอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
