GFI Workshop: “Securing Grants for Sustainability” เสริมกลยุทธ์การขอทุนวิจัยเพื่อความยั่งยืน
Research and Innovation Affairs of Khon Kaen University collaborated with University of York, United Kingdom, to organized the training workshop entitled “Securing Grants for Sustainability: Strategies and Best Practices” in order to Strengthen the strategy applying for funding for research work which related to Sustainability. This workshop was held on Monday 28th April 2025 at 13:00-15:00, in Sarasin Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Sirikunakorn Building, Khon Kaen University. The objective of the workshop was to strengthen the potential of researchers to carry out research work to a universal standard.
ฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ร่วมกับ University of York ประเทศอังกฤษ จัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหัวข้อ “Securing Grants for Sustainability: Strategies and Best Practices” เสริมกลยุทธ์การขอทุนวิจัยเพื่อความยั่งยืน เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 28 เมษายน 2568 เวลา 13.00–15.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมสารสิน ชั้น 2 อาคารสิริคุณากร มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
วัตถุประสงค์ของการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้ เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพนักวิจัยให้สามารถดำเนินงานวิจัยได้ตามมาตรฐานสากล
Vice President for Research and Innovation, Professor Pewpan Maleewong, MD, presided over the opening ceremony and made a welcome speech. The Vice President mentioned the importance of the development of skills related to applying or making a submission for grant support or research funding, and, described how developing research work will have a positive impact on the social economy and the environment. This is specially in the context of the target of Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), which correspond to the strategy of Khon Kaen University, with the aim of expanding cooperation with leading institutions around the world.
ศาสตราจารย์ พญ.ผิวพรรณ มาลีวงษ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ให้เกียรติกล่าวต้อนรับและเปิดงานอย่างเป็นทางการ พร้อมกล่าวถึงความสำคัญของการพัฒนาทักษะด้านการขอรับทุนวิจัย และการสร้างผลงานวิจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน (SDGs) ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นในการขยายความร่วมมือกับสถาบันชั้นนำระดับโลก
This workshop was honoured by the presence of a special speaker, Professor Bob Doherty, Principal Investigator and Dean of the School for Business and Society, University of York. Professor Doherty shared some successful strategies and practices for applying for international research funding. Associate Professor Chavis Ketkaew, PhD, International College, Khon Kaen University, acted as the moderator for this workshop. Participants at this workshop learnt techniques regarding how to write proposals for research projects efficiently.
ซึ่งการอบรมนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก Professor Bob Doherty, Dean School for Business and Society, University of York และ Principal Investigator โครงการ FixOurFood ให้เกียรติเป็นวิทยากรพิเศษ ถ่ายทอดกลยุทธ์และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการขอทุนวิจัยระดับนานาชาติ โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชวิศ เกตุแก้ว วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ ซึ่งการอบรมครั้งนี้ทำให้ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมได้เรียนรู้เทคนิคการเขียนข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
After the workshop, Professor Bob Doherty met the Vice President for International Affairs, Associate Professor Nawarat Wara-aswapiti, D.D.S., D.M.Sc. Associate Professor Nawarat welcomed our visitor as the representative of the President on this occasion. Also presented at this meeting, held in the Office of the President, were Professor Pewpan Maleewong, MD, Vice President for Research and Innovation, and Assistant Professor Acharawan Topark-ngarm, PhD, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, along with a team of administrators. They exchanged opinions and ideas constructively on the subject of promoting and strengthening research collaboration at the international level while also establishing a roadmap for expanding the partner network to the global stage. This reflects Khon Kaen University’s commitment to strengthening the potential of researchers and conducting sustainable research in the future.
ภายหลังการอบรม Professor Bob Doherty, Dean School for Business and Society, University of York ได้เข้าพบปะหารือกับผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ทันตแพทย์หญิง ดร.นวรัตน์ วราอัศวปติ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายการต่างประเทศ ซึ่งได้รับมอบหมายจากอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เป็นผู้แทนให้การต้อนรับ พร้อมด้วย ศาสตราจารย์ พญ.ผิวพรรณ มาลีวงษ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อัจฉราวรรณ โตภาคงาม ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายการต่างประเทศ รวมถึงทีมผู้บริหาร ร่วมพบปะและหารือ ณ ห้องรับรองอธิการบดี โดยการพบปะหารือในครั้งนี้ได้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นอย่างสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยในระดับนานาชาติ พร้อมทั้งวางแนวทางการขยายเครือข่ายพันธมิตรสู่เวทีโลก ทั้งนี้ยังสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นในการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพนักวิจัย และขับเคลื่อนงานวิจัยอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต
