Researcher's Profile

Professor Steven H. Voldman is an IEEE Fellow renowned for his pioneering work in electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, latchup phenomena, and semiconductor reliability. His expertise encompasses CMOS, SOI, and SiGe technologies, with extensive contributions to ESD design, testing methodologies, and patent development. He has authored numerous technical books and served as a visiting professor at Khon Kaen University, teaching advanced topics in electronics and noise reduction techniques.
