Khon Kaen University Hosts Seminar on “Secrets to Success in Registering Natural Products for the Professional Market”

มข. จัดเวทีเสวนา “เคล็ดลับความสำเร็จ การขึ้นทะเบียนผลิตภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติ” สู่ตลาดแบบมืออาชีพ

          On Friday, June 13, 2025, Khon Kaen University, through its Division of Research and Innovation Affairs collaboration with the Intellectual Properties Center, organized an academic seminar titled “Secrets to Success in Registering Natural Products for the Professional Market.” The event was held at the Sarasin Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Sirikunakorn Building, with the aim of enhancing the knowledge and understanding of researchers, product developers, and interested participants about the registration process and standards required for natural products. The seminar also aimed to build confidence in advancing toward commercial development.  The event was honored by Professor Pewpan Maleewong, MD, Vice President for Research and Innovation, who delivered the opening remarks, welcomed participants, and addressed the objectives of the seminar.

          เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 13 มิถุนายน 2568 มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น โดยฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ร่วมกับ กองบริหารงานวิจัย และศูนย์ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา  จัดกิจกรรมเสวนาเชิงวิชาการในหัวข้อ “เคล็ดลับความสำเร็จ การขึ้นทะเบียนผลิตภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติ สู่ตลาดแบบมืออาชีพ” ณ ห้องประชุมสารสิน ชั้น 2 อาคารสิริคุณากร เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และความเข้าใจให้แก่นักวิจัย นักพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และผู้สนใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการและแนวทางการขึ้นทะเบียนผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน พร้อมทั้งต่อยอดสู่การพัฒนาเชิงพาณิชย์ได้อย่างมั่นใจ
โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ พญ. ผิวพรรณ มาลีวงษ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม กล่าวเปิดงาน พร้อมต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และกล่าวถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจรรมในครั้งนี้

The discussion featured experts from SciSeelt Co., Ltd., who shared their insights and experiences, including:

• Professor Arunrat Chaveerach, PhD, Faculty of Science, Khon Kaen University, and Senior Research Fellow of KKU, an expert in biodiversity and phytochemicals.
• Dr. Runglawan Sudmoon, Faculty of Law, Khon Kaen University; SciSeeIt Research Group (Science See It Research Group: กลุ่มวิจัยทรายสีอิฐ), an expert in molecular biology, biochemistry, forensic science, and ethnobotany.
• Dr. Sanit Kaewduangdee, Postdoctoral Researcher, Faculty of Science, Khon Kaen University, an expert in botany and phytochemistry.

โดยเวทีเสวนาได้รับเกียรติจากทีมผู้บริหารบริษัท Sciseeit Co., Ltd. ที่ให้เกียรติมาแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ได้แก่

• ดร. สานิตย์ แก้วดวงดี นักวิจัยหลังปริญญาเอก สังกัดคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านพฤษศาสตร์, สารพฤกษเคมีฯ

Also joining was Ms. Jiraporn Luangpairin, Director of the Intellectual Properties Center, Khon Kaen University, who provided legal guidance related to product registration and instructions on properly preparing all required documents.

          พร้อมด้วย คุณจิราภรณ์ เหลืองไพรินทร์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ซึ่งได้ให้คำแนะนำด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขึ้นทะเบียนผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงการเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นอย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน

          The seminar provided an open forum for knowledge exchange, with an emphasis on sharing real-world experiences from experts in the development of natural products capable of competing in international markets.  Key areas of focus included product quality, standards, and commercial readiness. The event drew more than 49 participants, including lecturers and researchers.

บรรยากาศการเสวนาเป็นไปในรูปแบบการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ โดยเน้นการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ตรงจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ในระดับสากล ทั้งในแง่คุณภาพ มาตรฐาน และความพร้อมเชิงพาณิชย์ ซึ่งมีอาจารย์และนักวิจัยให้ความสนใจเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกว่า 49 คน  

This activity represents a meaningful step in promoting the application of Khon Kaen University’s research and innovations toward sustainable commercial development, and in propelling Thai natural products to greater visibility and recognition in global markets.

ซึ่งกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้นับเป็นการส่งเสริมให้ผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น สามารถต่อยอดได้จริง สู่การพัฒนาเชิงพาณิชย์ที่ยั่งยืน และผลักดันผลิตภัณฑ์ธรรมชาติไทยให้ก้าวไกล สู่ตลาดที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล
