Scientist Invitation Program to Korea 2025: Congratulations to Khon Kaen University Faculty Member selected to receive Scholarship

     The Research and Innovation Division, Khon Kaen University, would like to extend its heartfelt congratulations to Assistant Professor Jedsada Sodtiphinta, PhD, Department of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies, Nong Khai Campus, Khon Kaen University, on being selected as one of the representatives from seven universities in Thailand to receive the Scientist Invitation Program to Korea 2025 scholarship.

This prestigious scholarship is supported by INITHiNK, a consulting firm specializing in research and development (R&D), with backing from:

• The Ministry of Science and ICT (Republic of Korea)
• The National Research Foundation of Korea

      The selected research project falls under the field of Chemistry, specifically in Energy Storage, reflecting the strong potential of Khon Kaen University researchers to thrive on the international stage.

      ทุนนี้เป็นการสนับสนุนจาก INITHiNK บริษัทที่ปรึกษาด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนจากกระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (Ministry of Science and ICT) มูลนิธิวิจัยแห่งชาติเกาหลี (National Research Foundation of Korea)

ผลงานที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกอยู่ในสาขา เคมี ด้าน Energy Storage ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงศักยภาพของนักวิจัยมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่นในการก้าวสู่เวทีนานาชาติ

The program aims to invite scientists from the Asia-Pacific region to South Korea for academic and hands-on training at government research institutions for a period of 90 days, by attending training at KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology).” The objectives of the program include:

• Enhancing the research capabilities of the participants
• Promoting collaborative research networks
• Facilitating knowledge exchange through laboratory-based workshops at Korean research institutes

ทุนวิจัยดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเชิญนักวิทยาศาสตร์จากภูมิภาคเอเชีย-แปซิฟิกมายังประเทศเกาหลีใต้ เพื่อเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเชิงวิชาการและปฏิบัติการในห้องปฏิบัติการของ สถาบันวิจัยภาครัฐ เป็นระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 90 วัน โดยเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่ KAIST (สถาบันวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงแห่งเกาหลี)” วัตถุประสงค์ของโปรแกรม ได้แก่:

• เสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถของผู้เข้าร่วม
• ส่งเสริมเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัย
• แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ผ่านการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในห้องแล็บ ของสถาบันวิจัยในประเทศเกาหลีใต้
