On August 14, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., Professor Pewpan Maleewong, MD, Vice President for Research and Innovation, representing the President of Khon Kaen University, attended the Internationally Outstanding Inventors Awards Ceremonyorganized by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) at the MHESI Fair 2025, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Bangkok.  The ceremony celebrated Thai inventors and researchers who had won prestigious awards at international stages.

เมื่อวันที่ 14 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 9.00 น. ศ.พญ.ผิวพรรณ มาลีวงษ์ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ในฐานะผู้แทนอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เข้าร่วมพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรแสดงความยินดีแก่นักประดิษฐ์และนักวิจัยไทยที่ได้รับรางวัลจากเวทีนานาชาติ (Internationally Outstanding Inventors Awards Ceremony) ซึ่งจัดโดยสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) ภายในงานอว.แฟร์ 2025 ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร

The event was honored by key national research leaders. 

• Dr. Wiparat De-ong, Executive Director of NRCT, delivered a report highlighting the mission to promote Thai inventors on the global stage. She emphasized that supporting outstanding research and inventions to gain international recognition not only enhances opportunities for global knowledge exchange but also uplifts the potential of Thai researchers and inventors, expands markets, and creates access to new consumer groups.  Dr. Wiparat added, “This initiative also serves to inspire and motivate inventors to continuously produce high-quality innovations for the global market. To achieve this, NRCT acts as a central hub for collaboration between domestic and international organizations, supporting high-potential work to be showcased on world-renowned platforms.  As a result, in 2025, Thai inventors and researchers successfully garnered over 587 awards from 11 international competitions.”

โดยในพิธีดังกล่าวได้รับเกียรติจาก

• ดร.วิภารัตน์ ดีอ่อง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ กล่าวรายงานและชี้เป้าหมายการส่งเสริมนักประดิษฐ์สู่เวทีโลก โดยกล่าวว่า “การส่งเสริมและผลักดันให้ผลงานวิจัยและผลงานสิ่งประดิษฐ์คิดค้นของนักวิจัยและนักประดิษฐ์ไทยได้ก้าวสู่เวทีระดับโลก เป็นการสร้างโอกาสในการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์กับนักวิจัยและนักประดิษฐ์นานาชาติ และพัฒนาการยกระดับศักยภาพของนักวิจัยและนักประดิษฐ์ไทย ขยายโอกาสให้นักประดิษฐ์ และนักวิจัยไทยในการเผยแพร่ผลงานให้ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล เพิ่มโอกาสในการขยายตลาดและการเข้าถึงกลุ่มผู้บริโภคใหม่ๆ ตลอดจนการสร้างขวัญกำลังใจที่จะสร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่มีคุณภาพออกสู่ตลาดโลกให้มากยิ่งขึ้น และเพื่อให้เกิดผลสำเร็จที่บรรลุเป้าหมาย วช. จึงทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางประสานความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงาน ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อสนับสนุนผลงานที่มีศักยภาพเข้าร่วมจัดแสดงในเวทีที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ จนปรากฏผลสำเร็จอย่างดียิ่ง ในปีนี้ นักประดิษฐ์และนักวิจัยไทยสามารถคว้ารางวัลรวมกว่า 587 ผลงาน จาก 11 เวทีนานาชาติ”

• Mr. Vichian Suksoir, Secretary to the Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, expressed appreciation for the determination and creativity of Thai inventors and researchers, affirming their vital role in driving the country’s development through research and innovation.
• นายวิเชียร สุขสร้อย เลขาธิการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม กล่าวสนับสนุนกิจกรรมและชื่นชมนักประดิษฐ์นักวิจัยทุกท่าน ที่ได้มุ่งมั่นสร้างสรรค์ผลงานคุณภาพ นักประดิษฐ์ นักวิจัยของไทยเป็นอีกส่วนสำคัญในการเป็นกำลังหลักในการขับเคลื่อนประเทศด้วยวิจัยและนวัตกรรม

• Professor Supachai Pathumnakul, PhD, Permanent Secretary of MHESI, congratulated the awardees and underlined that research is the key driver in propelling Thailand toward a high-income economy.  He further encouraged young researchers to translate their work into practical applications that deliver sustainable social and economic impact with global recognition.
• ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ศุภชัย ปทุมนากุล ปลัดกระทรวง อว. ได้กล่าวแสดงความยินดีแก่ผู้ได้รับรางวัล งานวิจัยเป็นหัวใจในการขับเคลื่อนประเทศสู่รายได้สูง นอกจากการต้องผลักดันนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ต้องนำผลงานไปใช้จริงด้วย เพื่อสร้างอิมแพคเชิงเศรษฐกิจและสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน และได้รับการยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ

พร้อมกันนี้ ผู้บริหารทั้ง 3 ท่านได้ร่วมมอบประกาศนียบัตรและถ่ายภาพร่วมกับนักวิจัยและนักประดิษฐ์ที่ได้รับรางวัล โดยมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีนักวิจัยที่เข้าร่วมรับประกาศนียบัตร ดังนี้

  รางวัลเหรียญทอง (Gold Medal)
  ชื่อผลงาน: สูตรปุ๋ยจุลินทรีย์แบบใหม่เพื่อเสริมการเจริญเติบโตของพืช
  (The new microbial biofertilizer for plant growth promoting)
• ศ.ดร.วันชัย มาลีวงษ์ ผู้แทนรับประกาศนียบัตรโดย ศ.พญ.ผิวพรรณ มาลีวงษ์
  รางวัลเหรียญทอง (Gold Medal) และ Special Prize จาก Korea Invention Promotion Association (KIPA)
  ชื่อผลงาน: แผ่นแอนติเจนจำเพาะต่อแอนติบอดีในซีรั่มผู้ป่วยโรคโอพิสทอร์คิเอลิสและคลอนอร์คิเอลิส

ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นรางวัลที่ได้รับจาก เวที The 36th International Invention, Innovation, Technology Competition & Exhibition (ITEX 2025) ณ กรุงกัวลาลัมเปอร์ สหพันธรัฐมาเลเซีย

การได้รับรางวัลในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึง ศักยภาพด้านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่มีคุณภาพและเป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับนานาชาติ อันเป็นแรงผลักดันสำคัญสู่การพัฒนาเชิงพาณิชย์และประโยชน์ต่อสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน
