The visit placed particular emphasis on articulating institutional policies and strategic directions in research and innovation, fostering researcher capacity development, promoting interdisciplinary integration, and accelerating the translation of research outcomes into commercial and societal applications. On this occasion, Professor Wanchai Maleewong, PhD, Director of the Mekong Health Science Research Institute (MeHSRI), together with Associate Professor Laddawan Senggunprai, PhD, Deputy Director, faculty members, researchers, and staff, warmly welcomed the delegation. The Institute presented an overview of its operational performance and highlighted distinguished research achievements. The meeting also facilitated constructive deliberations and strategic recommendations aimed at strengthening research excellence and enhancing the University’s standing at both national and international levels.
