ผลงานที่สำคัญ

หนึ่งในผลงานสำคัญที่ทำให้ Professor Lam เป็นที่รู้จักอย่างกว้างขวางคือการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี “onebead-one-compound (OBOC)” ซึ่งเป็นเทคนิคที่ช่วยในการสร้าง peptide library สารประกอบขนาดใหญ่ที่สามารถคัดกรองและสังเคราะห์สารประกอบจำนวนมากพร้อมกันได้ วิธีนี้มีบทบาทสำคัญในการค้นหายาใหม่ รวมถึงการตรวจวินิจฉัยและรักษาโรคมะเร็งแบบเฉพาะทาง เทคโนโลยี OBOC นี้ช่วยในการค้นหาสารประกอบที่มีศักยภาพในการรักษาโรค ซึ่งมีความสำคัญในการพัฒนาแนวทางการรักษาใหม่ ๆ และการวินิจฉัยที่แม่นยำ
