ประกาศรับข้อเสนอโครงการสนับสนุนผู้ที่ได้รับทุนโครงการปริญญาเอกกาญจนาภิเษก (คปก.) สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ ประจำปี 2569 ครั้งที่ 2

ฝ่ายวิจัย มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มีความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาความเข้มแข็งและศักยภาพของคณาจารย์ จึงได้จัดทำโครงการเพื่อสนับสนุนผู้ที่ได้รับทุนโครงการปริญญาเอกกาญจนาภิเษก (คปก.) สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ ในแต่ละปีงบประมาณขึ้น โดยในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ได้กำหนดคุณบัติผู้มีสิทธิ์ยื่นขอรับทุนสนับสนุน ดังนี้

คุณสมบัติผู้มีสิทธิ์ขอรับทุนสนับสนุน

เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาหลัก สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ที่ได้รับทุน คปก.
ต้องมีนักศึกษาปริญญาเอกที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนที่มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น จำนวน 1 คน โดยเค้าโครงการวิจัยของนักศึกษาจะต้องสอดคล้องกับโครงการวิจัยที่อาจารย์ได้รับทุน คปก. จากสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ
อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาหลัก สามารถขอรับทุนสนับสนุน คปก. ได้ไม่เกิน 1 ทุน ต่อ 1 รุ่น
ต้องเป็นผู้ที่ไม่เคยได้รับการสนับสนุนทุนโครงการสนับสนุนฯ ดังกล่าว

ลักษณะของข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัย

ต้องเป็นโครงการที่อยู่ในกรอบตามคุณสมบัติผู้มีสิทธิ์
ต้องเป็นโครงการที่ขอรับการสนับสนุนเฉพาะงบดำเนินการ (หมวดค่าใช้สอยและวัสดุ) ไม่สนับสนุนงบลงทุน (หมวดครุภัณฑ์)
วงเงินที่ขอรับการสนับสนุนให้เป็นไปตามความจำเป็นและเหมาะสมกับเนื้องาน ไม่เกิน 100,000 บาท (หนึ่งแสนบาทถ้วน) โดยเบิกจ่ายเป็นรายปี แต่ไม่เกิน 2 ปี โดยแบ่งจ่ายเป็นงวดๆ ดังนี้
- งวดที่ 1 จำนวน 50,000 บาท (ห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน) ภายหลังลงนามในสัญญารับทุน
- งวดที่ 2 จำนวน 50,000 บาท (ห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน) เมื่อผู้รับทุนส่งหลักฐานต่อผู้ให้ทุน ดังต่อไปนี้
  - สำเนาหลักฐานการส่งรายงานและผลงานตีพิมพ์ ตามเงื่อนไขสัญญารับทุนให้กับสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ
  - สำเนาบทความตีพิมพ์ในรูปแบบ Research Article (โดยมีนักศึกษาเป็นชื่อแรกของผู้เขียนบทความ และมีอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบบทความ) วารสารวิชาการนานาชาติที่อยู่ในฐานข้อมูล Scopus/ISI ซึ่งอยู่ใน Quartile 1 หรือ 2 เพิ่มเติมจากหลักฐานที่ต้องส่งตามเงื่อนไขการปิดทุนของสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติอีกจำนวน 1 เรื่อง
  - หากไม่สามารถส่งมอบผลลัพธ์ได้ตามระยะเวลาของสัญญารับทุนวิจัย ให้หัวหน้าโครงการวิจัยยื่นขอขยายระยะเวลาของสัญญาได้ไม่เกิน 2 ครั้ง ๆ ละไม่เกิน 6 เดือน โดยมีเหตุผลและรายละเอียดประกอบการพิจารณา หากเลยกำหนดเวลาการขอขยายระยะเวลาของสัญญา แต่บังไม่สามารถส่งมอบผลลัพธ์ได้ ฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรมจะบอกเลิกสัญญาและแจ้งหัวหน้าโครงการวิจัยให้ส่งผลลัพธ์เท่าที่มีอยู่ พร้อมรายละเอียดการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณ ทั้งนี้ การคืนเงินทุน ให้เป็นไปตามดุลยพินิจของฝ่ายวิจัย

Overview

Thomas Bäck (Fellow, IEEE) received the Diploma degree in Computer Science in 1990 and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science in 1994, both from the University of Dortmund, Germany. He is Professor of Computer Science with the Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science (LIACS), Leiden University, Netherlands. His research interests include evolutionary computation, machine learning, and their real-world applications, especially in sustainable smart industry and health. He is also a member of the interdisciplinary programme Society, Artificial Intelligence and Life Sciences (SAILS).

Profile

In 2021, Dr. Bäck has been elected as member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) and as IEEE Fellow (class of 2022). He was a recipient of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Evolutionary Computation Pioneer Award in 2015, was elected as Fellow of the International Society of Genetic and Evolutionary Computation in 2003, and received the best Ph.D. thesis award from the German society of Computer Science (GI) in 1995.

He currently serves as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation and Artificial Intelligence Review journals and area editor for the ACM Transactions on Evolutionary Learning and Optimization. He is editorial board member of the Natural Computing Journal (Springer), Artificial Intelligence Journal, and Journal of Intelligent Manufacturing (Springer). He is also co-editor-in-chief of the Handbook of Evolutionary Computation (CRC Press/Taylor & Francis 1997), co-editor of the Handbook of Natural Computing (Springer, 2013), co-editor of the Natural Computing Book Series (Springer), author of Evolutionary Computation in Theory and Practice (OUP, New York, 1996) and co-author of Contemporary Evolution Strategies (Springer, 2013).

Thomas has a strong interest in real-world applications of his research. In his research projects, he collaborates with many companies, including e.g. ASML, BMW Group, C-Job Naval Engineers, Heerema, Honda Research Institute Europe GmbH, KLM, Mercedes-Benz, TataSteel Europe.
