The Open Learning project is a project that integrates learning into practice. To increase the potential of students by linking knowledge from the classroom to practical application. Allowing students from different disciplines to share knowledge and practice skills in various fields together through project work under real workplace problems. Students can plan to examine the work process of the establishment. Analyze the problem, know the strengths, weaknesses, status and potential of such establishments, leading to a study of solutions to problems. Planning and implementing self-improvement and problem solving processes to be more efficient. Outcome of the Open Learning Project: A total of 86 students were enrolled in the program from 8 faculties, 12 disciplines, with a total of 18 participating faculty members (coaches) and 8 companies participating in the project. This project allows students to develop their critical thinking skills step by step. Able to process data and apply it in actual operations.
