CALL FOR TENDERS (CFT): EU–ASEAN Sustainable Connectivity Package in Higher Education (SCOPE-HE) SCOPE-HE is a joint initiative funded by the European Union (EU) to support, among others, interconnected and dynamic higher education research clusters as well as technical and vocational education and training between ASEAN and the EU.
Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) delivers Japan’s ODA, promoting socio-economic development, partnerships, and global challenges. Through the SATREPS program, partner-country institutes must submit ODA requests via their government to MOFA before 14 Oct 2025; internal deadlines are earlier.

Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Special Fund Project Proposal founded in 2016, supports small- and medium-scale projects among six Mekong countries. Focuses on sustainable development in agriculture, water, health, education, science, environment, tourism, culture, and regional connectivity.

Yunnan Intelligence Union Program Institute of Agricultural Environment and Resources, YAAS is a provincial research institute in Yunnan focusing on plant protection, soil, fertilizer, and agricultural resources. It advances sustainable pest control, biopesticides, crop resistance, eco-friendly fertilizers, efficient water use, and low-carbon/recycling agriculture.
