Ms.Kodchakorn Khemtonglang, an Engineering graduate, Khon Kaen University, is one of the 7 graduates in the country to receive a Fulbright Scholarship to study for a master degree in the United States, majoring in Bioengineering (Biomedical Engineering) for the academic year 2022 (from August 2022 – May 2024).
Ms.Kodchakorn Khemtonglang said, “I am honored to receive the Thai Graduate Scholarship Program 2022 (TGS) from the Fulbright Foundation. This scholarship means very much to me and it is another step towards my dream of being a part of the development of technology that will benefit the public, and at the same time being able to motivate young people to pursue their own dreams. I would like to thank my lecturers at the Faculty of Engineering at KKU for their motivation and for supporting me throughout this process. I would like to extend my appreciation to the wonderful Fulbright alumni and to my supportive family and friends. Now I am excited for this new chapter in my life of studying abroad and look forward to an enriching and challenging journey ahead.”
FULBRIGHT THAI GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP (TGS) is a scholarship from the Thai-American Education Foundation or Fulbright, Thailand, which opens opportunities for Thai students to apply for scholarships to pursue a master’s degrees and/or PhD in the United States. The scholarships are open to application in all fields of study, except for health science related fields without clinical practice. The maximum scholarship period in each field of study is two years.
