On September 1, 2022, 11:00 – 12:00 am. The Narcotics Control Office Region 4 delegates met with Khon Kaen University to discuss determining the area for a research study on magic mushrooms. The Narcotics Control Board joined Khon Kaen University to study the benefits of magic mushrooms and plans to use an area in Khon Kaen University to farm the magic mushrooms for the studies and invite other universities in other parts of Thailand to join the research.
